I applied online and received an email from their HR representative within a week inviting me for an onsite interview in two weeks. I was advised I would be giving a presentation as part of the interview, and I received the topic one week in advance. The interview was a panel with the HR rep, the IT director, the hiring manager and the network and systems managers. We began with my presentation (which answered how I would solve service delays in imaging a new computer), then moved into a few rounds of behavioral questions. Once I was home after the interview, I sent a thank-you email to the HR rep, but didn't receive any further communication.
