The process had the following sequence:
First was the HR phone screen after submission of my resume through an employee referral. It took about 1 month after submission for HR to contact me.
Following, there were interviews, in the following order, with: hiring manager (phone), direct report/subordinate (video), engineering manager (video).

Straight forward. Easy applied on LinkedIn. I was asked for an interview that same week. I did two rounds of interviews and received an offer! 3 weeks from applying to acceptance.

Four rounds of interview in total. Over all very good interview experience, everyone was friendly and professional. HR people Valerie, Janette and Janet were very responsive and provided great help throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. The only thing I didn't like was that the recruiting process took 3 months...a bit long
