      If you are someone looking to interview for this company - my best advice is to take the Glassdoor reviews seriously and run away as fast as you can. I interviewed for a PR specialist role at Truv and had two great initial interviews with members of the team. My final interview with the CEO (Kirill) was when things quickly went south. He showed up late and did not ask me a single question related to my PR experience, but rather only asked about LinkedIn digital strategies. He then proceeded to berate me when I asked to hear his unique perspective on why he started the company, because apparently - there is an article buried somewhere on their website that is comprised of 50 different tabs that all say nothing. (Still haven't found it btw) After this, I responded to him with another question surrounding DE&I concerns within the company as most of the employees on LinkedIn are men, and from a PR perspective, this can bring some concerns down the line as the company grows. He responded with "Well typically it's just men who make it to the final round of interviews" and got defensive on the subject. Then, when I suggested the company do a campaign around educating consumers on the importance of protected verification and financial health - he told me he doesn't at all care about the consumer. Weird. If you are considering doing PR for someone like this, and might potentially spend 45 minutes a week working 1:1 with him, my best advice is again is to run as fast as you can. Take the company reviews seriously. This reads to me like a place that will ruin your mental health, and it seems like other past employees can also affirm this hunch to be true. If I came out of an interview in tears, I can only imagine what the full time employees experience on a daily basis.
