I had a phone interview where they asked me about my self, family, and babysitting experience. It was a very quick phone interview and they then contacted me with more details about the on-boarding process. I had to go to the headquarters and make a blurb and video so that parents could see my profile prior to booking me as a sitter. They also teach you how to approach many sorts of problems and what you should do prior to every booking.
