Great interview process with a wonderful set of potential managers. All three were friendly and compassionate to someone who may be neurodivergent. I was made to feel very welcome. It was really helpful to have the company's values stated clearly at the start. The blind interview process was really interesting (it involved the CV not being sighted until after the initial interview).

My interview was conducted as I expected, relaxed and professional i was comfortable and at ease throughout. I was able to show my portfolio and was shown a large degree of respect.
