First round call with recruiter,
Second round with Hiring Manager, asked some questions about HTML,CSS and Javascript, a small easy task to change the div from top to bottom.
Moved to third round where interview was with 3 TAMs, first, technical interview with a TAM- Technical understanding of things and a small debugging code.
Second, Senior TAM, behavioral.
Third, lead TAM behavioral.
Moved to the final round, Chief Customer Officer was very unfriendly and I guessed I pushed her buttons in some way, stopped the interview abruptly and said the recruiter will be in touch.
Sent email to recruiter after 4-5 business days, got rejection email.
Everything was good other than the CCO, she must be good at her job but not good at taking interviews.

6 interviews, with 4 different stages. Very little feedback from HR -- only from interviewers who all said I had great answers.
First interview with recruiter was very basic. I had to schedule based on Phillipines time, which was frustrating.
Second interview was with HM. He was very friendly, and was more of a conversation than an interview.
Third interview was technical skills. I was mostly asked rapid fire definitions of protocols and acronyms. There was a simple HTML edit required, where I had to center a DIV on the page without disrupting other elements. Finally, I had to find where certain was loaded in an HTML library using the network tab. All was pretty simple, and he really just wanted to see how I could handle the questions
Fourth and fifth interviews could have been a single interview, but the two timezones wouldn't match up. Required story-telling, and situational awareness in a customer focused environment.
Last interview was with the CCO. She wasn't friendly at all, and seemed pre-occupied with other things. Seemed like she was looking for my motivation in the role.
After the last interview, I was told by HR that I'd hear back in 2 days. On the third day I reached out, and got a very generic rejection. I had to push for feedback, but only got "You did great. the other person just fit the description better".
All in all, a simple process. However, it was far too long a process.

As job seekers, we all know how frustrating the job search market can be right now. I'm here to tell you that TrustArc manages to take all the horribleness and frustration, and escalate it to a new and unprecedented level.
The interview process was chaotic, disorganized, and unprofessional. Three out of five of the interviews I was scheduled for were suddenly cancelled or rescheduled by TrustArc. After extending me an invitation for a rescheduled third interview, TrustArc suddenly just rug-pulled and ghosted me. Without any update or explanation, they simply cancelled the interview request and sent me a generic rejection email, with no other communication or clarification, leaving me confused and uncertain about where I actually stood in the process. I had to email them to find out, and when asked for feedback on why there was such a sudden shift in temperature after being invited for a third interview, TrustArc simply stopped responding to all communications altogether.
This interview process was a complete waste of my time and emotional energy and I feel I was disrespected by TrustArc significantly. If you value your time, emotional energy, or being treated as a professional, you should decline any interview request you receive from this company.
