I heard about the role through a friend who had been contacted by a recruiter. I wrote a cover letter and sent my resume and heard back within a few days. I then had a phone call with the hiring manager which went really well. I worked on an assignment she gave me for 4 days, then came in to meet with the rest of the team. I was blown away by the note on the board and the snacks they gave me. The company seemed to care about candidates.
