The first step is a recording interview. You are asked question on an app and you would have unlimited time to answer. Unfortunately, I didn't get to make it to the next step but I'm hopeful for another change with a different bank. Don't give up guys! Honestly, this type of interviewing suck not everyone is a Tik-Toker lol

what you know about the company? Questions about your previous work dealing with customer service.
Online app followed by video submission. In the video portion you may also have to do aptitude and customer service tests. You can record the video as many times as you need which is helpful.

The first interview was you recording yourself answering questions via a video. You got questions you needed to answer and was able to record yourself answering it. The second interview was face to face with the branch manager.

Fast simple basic questions very responsive and easy not hard video interview then interviewed with the manager after video interview was recording yourself with questions which was basic interview questions
