Applied online, received email a week later to schedule phone interview. Interviewer asked me one question about my current position and one about why I was interested in this position and then ended the interview. I work at a bank and am involved with BSA/AML so I'm not sure how I failed that badly or if she wasn't actually interested in interviewing me.
