Entretien
The interview was engaging and sparked a thoughtful discussion around scalability and system design. It mainly focuses on assessing your mindset and problem-solving approach rather than just technical knowledge. The interviewers listen carefully, paying close attention to how you reason through challenges, communicate ideas, and handle trade-offs during the conversation.

They have multiple tasks all exist in GitLab and it's almost identical for all positions. No matter what you are applying for you will be asked to do the same task and there is a reason for that: THEY DON'T HAVE A REAL PRODUCT.
They actually struggling to build their own identity, they don't know what's next and how to present themselves to others. So, you will hear some long and boring explanations about insurance which mean eventually: DATA ENTRY.
They have multiple forms of data entries: mobile, web, and yes, they are trying to learn more by hiring.
You'll submit the task and wait for so long because they are trying to extract new ideas from your task which is so dumped and without any meaning.
Then, they sent you a kind of assessment: psychological assessment. A cheesy and immature. They do it because they want to use it against you. They blackmailing you with the test so they get the lowest price.
Eventually, you'll meet with HR person to ask you about your price. And you just keep wondering are they just having fun or want to hire.
Usually, companies have a respected process. But here, you have a scam. People having fun because, hey they don't have a solid business which means they have a lot of time to manipulate people, and internet connection is cheap (You've got the idea).
