It is a complete waste of time, you are asked to tell about your whole career to endup in a technical interview, doing a live coding challenge, where you have to guess what the interviewer want. You need to think in short time, multiple things, it is required to optimize the application builded from scratch while trying to make it work. It is the most stupid way to interview a developer. Don't waste your time here.

Fine but too slow, almost 1 month between steps without any word about how the process is coming on. I was contacted through LinkedIn and then had several interviews including phone screening, 1:1, technical interview, client interview and contract/rate negotiation.

Pretty swift, concise and entertaining. They try to find out your general experience and background first and then move on to technical interviews with different interviewers and team members of the projects you'll be assigned to.

In technical interviews they went to the point and provided some interesting challenges to work on and have fun while coding. Interviewers are always helpful and willing to work out the solutions with you as they evaluate your thought process and how you approach problems.
