      Entretien

      I completed multiple rounds of interviews and found the early stages of the process positive. However, my experience changed significantly during the final interview with the company's founder. The final interview began approximately 10 minutes later than scheduled. During the interview, there were repeated interruptions from the founder's phone notifications. What stood out most was that extensive Sprinklr experience became a major focus late in the process, despite not being raised as a significant concern during my previous interviews with a Senior Account Supervisor and the Director of Social. Concerns were also raised about my recent contract and part-time work, despite my having many years of prior full-time corporate experience and leadership responsibilities. I was surprised by how much of the founder's interview focused on perceived gaps rather than transferable skills, accomplishments, and how my experience could contribute to the role. Several questions also felt disconnected from the day-to-day responsibilities of the position and did not provide a meaningful opportunity to discuss relevant experience. My recommendation to future candidates would be to clarify expectations around platform expertise, training responsibilities, and required experience early in the process to ensure alignment. Overall, I appreciated the opportunity to meet the team, but the final stage of the process felt notably different from the earlier interviews and left me with a very different impression of the opportunity.

      The first interview with HR was fine. The following interviews were rough. Interviews can be stressful and when the people conducting the interviews are rude and unprofessional - it makes it worse. I don’t think they reviewed my resume before interviewing me. They seemed so unprepared. I knew I was overqualified for the position I interviewed for but it was in my field and had a hybrid schedule. one of the women interviewing me made a snarky remark about going from an executive position to an AS role. It was hard for me to recover after that. She had a snotty demeanor and tone when she said it. I felt so uncomfortable. They were not inviting in the least.
