Virtually no interview. Just a call screening with a recruiter who stated an in person interview would happen the following week with the IT manager since my resume checked all the boxes they were looking for. That never happened. Inquired about the interview and was told the position was already filled, later finding out it was not filled by an employee who was leaving the company shortly after. Reached out to the recruiter who just ended up ghosting me so I assume they don't need the position filled that bad or they enjoy playing games and aren't serious about hiring like many companies are.
