Entretien
Within 3 hours of submitting my resume I received a phone call from HR and that was a great first impression. We then scheduled an interview for the following day at 4pm. Then at 2:30 the next day I received another phone call letting me know, they have decided to move forward with other candidates. This is extremely unprofessional behavior from a company that "wants their employees to feel welcomed and valued". Based on my experience True North did not make me feel valued nor welcomed.

Entretien
The interview process was straightforward and conversational. An initial phone interview followed by two in person interviews. Everyone was very friendly throughout the process. Went as I initially expected it to go.
