First phone call was with a recruiter to discuss the details. Next step was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Third step was an in person with potential team members and cross functional teams. The overall process was great until meeting the IT manager whom had no idea what position he was interviewing for. He repeatedly asked questions unrelated to the position. Became extremely disrespectful during the interview completely turning me off from the company and culture. Happy I accepted an offer at a better company! I also noticed the majority of the people working here do not have degrees or certifications.
