Very unprofessional recruiting process in my case. I did not apply to the company but was contacted by them for an internship. Despite being reasonably busy this semester, I prepared for 3 cases, one of which turned out to be a personal fit, not a case interview. After the first round with HR, there was no feedback for over a month, so I approached them and was told, "You passed, welcome to round 2". Then in the next interview, I chatted with a business architect that apparently expected me not to work in Venture Building, but in Consulting, so there was a big lack of internal communication there. After the interview, I was ghosted by the interviewer and HR, despite contacting them both individually again (as I did after the first round), and keep in mind that they initially approached me for an internship, not the other way around. A friend of mine had a good time there, so it might have been an anomaly, but I did not expect this level of unprofessionalism from a company of this profile.
