I had an interview with a recruiter, a second interview with the hiring manager, and a third interview which was a panel with other members of the marketing team. The first two interviews were casual and conversational, which I enjoyed. The third interview was more structured and formal and the panel of interviewers had a list of planned questions they were reading from. The process took about a month.
