Handed my resume to the recruiter at the Career Conference on Campus. I received a phone call a little over two weeks later about setting up a Skype interview. The Skype interview went smoothly, just asked some basic questions about my education and what I expect out of an internship. I received a phone call about a week later offering me the internship.

Had a 30-minute call with the recruiter, final interview was scheduled within 3 days. There were three sessions and I was interviewed by 6 people in total (managers and associates), nothing too tricky, mostly behavioral and you get a list of questions prior to the interview.

Entretien
Pretty easy, just behavioral based questions and going over resume stuff. Two back-to-back interviews of total 1 hour. Met with directors and managing directors and analysts too. The overall conversation was pretty chilled.
Applied through my university's careers services and was offered a first-round interview. It was pretty laidback, with questions that I thought were not your average behavioral questions like tell me about yourself etc. The interviewers were nice and friendly.
