Initial interview with hiring manager then panel interview with three current employees. Panel interview was awkward. Panelists were not prepared and there were long pauses where they didn't seem to know what to ask. I felt as if I had to keep the conversation going. Hiring manager did not respond to direct emails from me and did not inform me when an offer was made to someone else. HR rep stated that hiring manager was supposed to contact me and was sorry that didn't happen.
