Entretien
Back when I was hired it was very unorganized. First you submit your resume through careers link on website. Called a couple of days later from a recruiter, asked a series of 3-5 questions. If chosen they have you come in for a quick group interview which contained 2-3 questions and a round robin type answering session. Then they wold have you sit with a sales rep and see the day to day operations. From there if you were considered, you come back a again for a one on one interview, with a scenario based role play. Then an offer would follow if you had the job.

Question 1
The role playing scenario. They put you on the phone on the floor with the rest of the agents, taking over you, throwing balls around like footballs, stress balls, etc… and complaining about customers they just had on the phone. All while the manager is in the office listening, granted you are given a script.
Screwed by hr. Interviewed three times was made offer but never heard anything back but recruitment kept reaching out asking if I was interested. I accepted and it's been one long after another

Entretien
There was an initial phone call for the first interview. Then the second interview was scheduled for a video call over zoom. Pretty straightforward interview questions. The second interview also consisted of a role-play scenario.

Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations at your previous job?
It was great to be a part of the process. I can’t wait to refer people. I really think this would be a great career for most people but I found a better career. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.
