The interview process was a joke. Given the economy, I decided to pursue jobs out of my normal thinking due to difficulty I have had securing interviews. The job seems simple, and is more door to door than just inside phone sales. The office was a dirty pit of tables and chairs right away when you entered the front door. I gave the interview just because I was there, and was asked to start the following Monday. I was being sold more on the company than selling myself, not a bad job for low standards seems easy but not a good fit for myself.

None, I had no curveballs thrown the entire process, just a bit about my sales experience. I felt more qualified than the branch manager.

Phone interview didn't even feel like an interview. It felt more like being told what job entails and was I ok with it. Pretty straight forward. I was offered a job by the end of conversation.
Easy had to go get an interview then meet in person I actually didn’t go but yeah that is what happened. That’s what’s good up in this job interview thing yeah.
