Human Resources interviewed over the phone initially. Was invited to 2nd interview at their office. Watched a corporate video with one other candidate (was available on YouTube"). Followed up with a one on one interview with a manager. Filled out another 5 pages of application/questionnaire information. Then basically was told that all managers need to have field experience. Which is door to door representation of the services. The hours would be until 9, 6 days a week. Felt they were open and honest about what to expect AFTER I was in the building. The ad was clearly identify and management position for a new hire. But it seems that they only promote from within. I was called back for the next interview but declined due to other opportunities.
