1st interview is video w franchise owner and HR. You will be asked to create an account and take a "free" class, sumbit a survey review in order to move forward. 2nd interview is video with VP of Sales and (new) President. Be prepared for 30+ minutes of interrogation from the VP about your sales background and performance metrics.
