The process consisted of three interviews:
1- HR Manager and Country Manager Argentina
2- OTC Lead and Country Manager Mexico
3- HR Manager and CEO
They were very clear on the phases of the process and kept me updated every step of the way.
During the different interviews they asked about my experience related to their corresponding areas of leadership, being very interested on details of how i had managed myself on my previous roles, what i saw myself doing in the company and my general knowledge of the industry. They all had read my CV so didn't ask for a basic storytelling speech, but rather specific insights about what mostly called their attention from my experience.
