Had to constantly chase for interviews and they were pretty inclusive in getting back to you. Spent hours researching company products as requested and wasn’t really asked anything about it. After 4 telephone interviews I then had to chase to see if I’d been successful

Search consultancy put me forward for the initial telephone interview. 12:30 on Saturday 3rd Aug. I waited an hour. At 1.30pm I called them. A message was left. A woman rang me back at 2pm and apologised. They had resort issues. Re-arranged for 4pm with a different person making the call back. She sounded stressed, was curt, grilled me and then said I would hear in a few days. She genuinely sounded as if it was one big chore. No-one has bothered to contact me. Not the agency or Tropical Sky. I was told this was a small, friendly, family run business so some professional courtesy would have been good. This interview should never have taken place under such pressured conditions. I'm not disappointed in not getting the job but very disappointed at the lack of respect for a potential candidate. We are all busy people but professional courtesy surely is a requirement?!
