The company has absolutely no transparency in it's interview process, just conducting a lot of fake interviews and rejecting the candidates for no reason. Exploiting the candidates in this tough job market and wasting their time. Don't waste your time by looking at the job postings and new joinee posts , they are definitely not selected by a merit based transparent interview system. Please respect yourself enough to look for other opportunities.

Entretien
I had a 30-minute initial screening interview. We discussed my background, how my experience relates to the role, and I learned more about the company. There were no technical questions at this stage.

Entretien
There were 3 interview steps, initial stage, technical and behavioural. I enjoyed all 3 steps as I found the interviewers very honest, easy-going, knowledgable and capable of what they were supposed to do.
