Overall, the process took many rounds of tests (GMAT, Attention to Detail, Excel) and interviews (HR, global team members, project manager, CEO) but I think this was justified at the end of the process, since the company sought to pin down a very specific profile that would fit and be complementary to the rest of the existing team and ongoing projects, besides being worth the long-term commitment with the new hire.
