Only had the intro phone call, was told it would be more of a "get to know you call" but the recruiter mostly asked questions like how I knew other consultants in the company and if I knew what the day to day was like for the job I was applying for. Not a big fan on how they came across as they did not ask many questions about my experience but approached the interview very personally.

They asked me mostly behavioral questions. The interview took about 45 minutes. After the interview it took about a month to let me know the decision which was a very long time waiting.
