Contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Been asked some standard questions and have explained to me the role I will be working on in this position. It sounds like I will just be working as a hazardous material truck driver.

Straight forward and easy going. They market their environmental specialist program well and are keen on hiring young professionals to advance internally. I have completed a phone screen interview and second virtual interview and am waiting to hear back. So far the entire process has been about 4 weeks.

three rounds - recruiter, team members. The first round with HR was basics to make sure you can do the job, the other interviews got into more detail and were with the actual team I would be on. I got a call from the recruiter soon after final interviews with an offer, had 3 days to decide.

was very good, i cant really complain about anything. they answered all of my questions and more. look forward for the second round of interview. seems like they are passionate about letting new grads find themselves and try to figure out what they want to do in life
