This company has absolutely no clue what they are doing. I applied for a position, and a few days later, I had a phone screening. About two weeks after that I was told there would be a Skype interview. The skype interview was nothing more than an advanced screening, and it lasted about 10 minutes just talking to HR about if I still wanted/curious in the job. I was told I would be getting an email another recruiter to do yet another interview. Never happened.
Over a month later I received an email with their interest in me and wanting a phone interview. A few weeks passed and there was no contact.
I've heard the negative outlook of this company and the high turnover rate, and this must be why. Avoid Triumvirate.

Straight forward and easy going. They market their environmental specialist program well and are keen on hiring young professionals to advance internally. I have completed a phone screen interview and second virtual interview and am waiting to hear back. So far the entire process has been about 4 weeks.

three rounds - recruiter, team members. The first round with HR was basics to make sure you can do the job, the other interviews got into more detail and were with the actual team I would be on. I got a call from the recruiter soon after final interviews with an offer, had 3 days to decide.
