my initial application for the position was online; i was contacted by phone 3 days later to setup an in-person interview which i accepted; that interview was conducted 3 business days later; when i arrived the HR manager met me and introduced me to my potential supervisor and two lead mechanics; the interview was in a conference room with the 4 aforementioned people; the initial interview questions were geared towards my technical experience, training, and abilities (about the first 10 minutes); the remainder of the interview (35 minutes) was centered around my teamwork skills; for example: how do i feel about having to work with younger coworkers?; explain a time i made a mistake and how did i handle it; how do i perceive stress and how do i handle it; overall the interview process was more of an informal setting and atmosphere (not tense) and the interview panel allowed me to not only provide my answers but to offer questions to them during the entire process
