The interview process for "Senior Software Engineer - Back end (Viator)" position in Lisbon consisted of 5 stages: 1. Initial screening with recruiter - 30 min; 2. Technical screening - 1 hr of computer science theory and data structures combined with live coding; 3. Interview with Director Software Engineering - 1 hr of the live coding and discussion of the previous experience; 4. Interview with Technical Manager - 1 hr of the code review and discussion of the previous experience; 5. Interview with Technical Manager - 1 hr of the live coding and search of issues in the technical design of a website; Got a reject due to concerns about communication in English. The interviewing process was nonstressful and fun. All the interviewers were friendly and professional.
