The interview was in-person before a panel of 3 current faculty from various nursing backgrounds plus the Dean of Nursing. The interview was formal but relaxed. Each of the interviewers introduced themselves and in turn, I was asked to introduce myself- giving tem information about my education and employment background. The interviewers then took turns asked standardized prepared questions. The interviewers took notes as the interview proceeded. The panel was very friendly and genuinely interested in my experience and teaching experience.
