2 back to back skype interviews. First interviewer didn't have the video on the entire time, and the background noise was so loud that I was interrupted multiple times and could barely focus on the interview. I don't know if this is the type of firm I would like to work if the employees (who probably said yes to partake in the recruiting process) show lack of interest in interviews. Trinity seemed like a great firm and was one of the interviews that I was extremely excited about, but the experience was overall disappointing (although the second interviewer was responsible and attentive, providing me with much information as possible about the firm). Another thing that concerns me is that Trinity is extremely homogeneous, and I don't know what to make of that.
