there are 2 phases of the interview, firstly you go through 3 phones interview , if selected then they will call you for a face to face, at the face to face you will be tested on the technical skills.

The interview process is normal like in other companies. The first part of the interview is a recruiter, they would call you, speak with you and schedule you a manager or technical interview.
