I was interviewed by two directors. I was actually told by one of the managers that TMW Systems only likes to hire ""young"" college students. I am in my mid 40s and yes this offended me. HR recruitment emailed me and told me not to take any jobs from any other companies. Three week went by and "no official job ever made." I was told they were waiting on upper management. I kept in touch each week. Took an SQL quiz and emailed a thank you letter. So I take it I didn't get an official job offer because I wasn't a ""young"" college kid. This is unethical if you ask me.
