Basically they call you and if you get an interview you got the job. They will ask you all sorts of normal questions, about stuff that any CNA should know, but I have never heard of a CNA getting an interview and not getting hired. I was hired on the spot.

I had a threestep interview, with management, then I had to job shadow working on the floor with a current employee for threw hours, then interview with the Exectutive Director.

Three extensive interviews and a I boarding class job shadowing also another orientation I worked in all departments did not receive help from nurses but other crcas the rules of onbiarding I was excited but that is not how it was they make their own rules while working their told that their was cameras there is not and no one stands behind what they say
