There are 3 interviews all together. I passed the 1st one and failed the 2nd one. Both of them are technical phone interviews over google meets. The third one is supposed to be on-site interviews. On the first interview there were two questions. I started with a wrong (unimplementable) approach for javascript on the first interview but fixed my mistake after 2 mins of trying. I solved the rest of the tasks. Luckily got called to a second one. On the second interview the dude that interviewed me seemed uninterested in the whole convo and immediately gave me the task. I solved everything in time while the dude seemed to not listen to me at all. Then I asked some questions about the position and the interviewer said that there isn't a particular team or a position that I am being interviewed for. This left me with the impression that they are just interviewing ppl to see if they will find some gem of a programmer or something. Overall, lots of effort. I am kinda disappointed that they didn't invite me for the 3rd interview and didn't give me a reason why I 'failed' although I solved every task they gave me.
