The interview process was completed within two days; however, the HR created unnecessary complications throughout. Despite clearly explaining that I had absconded from a previous organization due to personal reasons, the HR repeatedly insisted on providing an experience letter from that company. I explained that, in such cases, only a termination letter is typically issued, which may not serve the intended purpose. Nevertheless, the HR continued to demand an experience letter, which was not feasible and I doubt how she is working as HR asking for experience letter.
Additionally, the HR did not consider my availability and proceeded without accommodating my schedule. The interaction felt unprofessional and, at times, rude. Instead of understanding my situation, the HR insisted on direct “yes or no” responses without allowing me to fully explain my concerns.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I would request the management to review this situation and take appropriate action to ensure candidates are given a fair opportunity to communicate their concerns and interact with the appropriate team.
