Applied through campus recruiting. All behavioral. Know about the company, and why you would be a good fit for the firm. The interviewer was very nice and excited to share his experiences at the company. I could tell just by our conversation that he was very intelligent. He allowed a good amount of time after the interview for any questions I had regarding the position/company/next steps in the process.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of one 30-minute behavioral interview , on campus, with a Senior Manager from Triage. It was fairly conversational, and it seemed like I was only asked maybe two or three actual questions. The rest of the interview was us talking about our interests and getting to know each other. I heard back just a few days later.

I submitted a cover letter and resume. I received an email the next day about a short phone interview regarding my resume. Questions included why health care, why Triage, and what sort of experiences I had.
