J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez TriNet (Dublin, CA) en sept. 2020
Entretien
First two screening interviews were upbeat and positive, aligned in terms of expectations, job description and next steps. In the third interview with the Hiring Manager there was a completely different experience. It was clear almost immediately that the HM had not prepared for the interview and wanted to spend most of the time talking about my job experience from over 15 years ago. The questions were canned and the responses essentially ignored. About five minutes of the allocated hour discussed the position.

Simple and straightforward. They first screen you via phone. If you pass, your hiring manager and another manager will interview you in person. From there, you get or do not get an offer and will know within a day - for me it was within a couple hours.

Easy 2 step interview process. First is with the recruiter, second meeting you would meet with team lead & district manager. Be ready to sell yourself. Usually more of a conversation not many difficult questions.
