I found a job posting on LinkedIn and reached out to the poster. They responded in a timely manner and we set up an interview. I came in on a Friday and met with a senior PM overseeing the job. It was an extremely comfortable environment. We spoke for about 45 minutes then met the team. It was truly one of the most enjoyable interviews I have had. I then had a few phone conversations during negotiations and came in the following Saturday to meet the regional manger. He was extremely welcoming and really sold the company to me. From that point on I was bought in and after speaking with him I excepted the offer.
