I was connected to this company via a local third-party recruiter. I had a phone interview for the position of a software engineer with an emphasis on backend SQL and Python development. They use MS SQL Server. I never received any feedback whatsoever even though I believe I did fairly well on the initial call. The call lasted for half an hour. I regret speaking to them as it was a complete waste of my time even though I felt qualified. It was rude on their part to not provide timely and useful feedback.

[Python] Which are some data structures of Python? What is a difference between a tuple and a list?
[SQL] How would you compare the rows of two simple tables of two columns each that have the same schema? Do you have a favorite database? How would you debug a very long stored procedure?
[Non-technical] Describe the style of work that you prefer. What would you do about technical debt that you had to create to meet a deadline? What would you like to learn at this job?

Was a great experience overall! Went very smoothly. Interviewer was great and questions were well thought out and had a good time solving it real time. You should be well equipped to problem-solve in real time and communicate with your interviewer about the thought process you are going through
