I recently received a call from HR explaining that the hiring process would include a case study along with several rounds of technical interviews. Honestly, I declined right away, because in the age of AI and rapid problem-solving tools, asking candidates to complete lengthy case studies feels outdated.
Navigating the interview process can feel incredibly overwhelming. While each individual step—from the initial HR screen to multiple technical rounds, intensive case reviews, and skills tests—is standard on its own, combining them into one single pipeline creates an exhausting marathon that demands a massive amount of time, energy, and mental endurance.
Take home test, English exam. Even if it's a technical position they test your business thinking capability in a case interview-like call. They seek for high-motivation even though their recruiters are the ones that put you in the process of hiring.
