Initial phone call then onsite 5 person interview process taking about half a day. Pretty casual asking questions about resume and a few technical questions at a high level. Overall interview process was quite easy and I genuinely liked the team. I thought I had a 75% of getting an offer was pretty easy. The reason I gave a negative review is the lack of communication felt unprofessional. I have never had an on site interview in which I was ghosted and received no responses when emailing about a time line to hear back. I eventually got a phone call after emailing multiple people but imo a formal email is mandatory and I don't know what their process would have been if I didn't pick up the phone because I never got any email responses and I never got any formal rejection.

Interview process for a new grad software engineering role was as follows: On campus technical interview with a mixture of resume questions, technical questions, and coding questions (~45 minutes) Call with Director of Software Engineering (~15 minutes) Onsite interview wherein Trellisware flew me to San Diego for a full round of interviews. 9AM-3:30PM and consisted of back to back 45 minute interviews. These were mostly resume related, with some technical and coding questions interspersed. The managers/leads interviewing were actively hiring for their teams, and their areas of expertise were tailored to your experiences. This section also included a facility tour and lunch. (~6.5 hours) Overall, the interview process was intense, especially with fatigue on that long day. That said, HR was responsive and kind, I was kept in the loop on every step of the journey, and I felt valued as a candidate. I appreciate that the process is not as drawn out as other companies and that the employees you interview with are specifically there because they are experts in your resume matter.
