I had my first in-person interview on the 14th of February with the hiring manager and the senior event manager. It went well, and I got called for a second in-person interview with the GM and F&B manager on the 24th of February. Since then, there has been radio silence. I followed up on the 6th of March and was told that "the decision is taking a bit longer than anticipated" and that they were still reviewing all candidates thoroughly, which is fair. They also said that they would let me know by the following week. Weeks passed by, and nothing; I asked for any feedback and got ghosted. And now I saw on a caterer that they're looking for an Events Sales Executive but couldn't close the previous hiring process. I was pretty disappointed for a place that looked so good on paper.
