      Entretien

      Two rounds of technical. First round went well with a nice developer of the same experience range. The second round was first rescheduled twice and at last the HR got a senior engineer panel at 50 mins notice. He came unprepared around 6 P.m probably rushing for this closing hours and destroyed the interview momentum and my opportunity with this organisation. Being terribly unsatisfied I called up the HR next day. She asked for my feedback and updated me that the interviewer gave a negative feedback, and offered me another round of interview opportunity for the same position in another team. It was scheduled with yet another senior developer and probably she had all these updates. She came in the interview with little interest to know about my profile, didn't even listen to my introduction properly even though my experience so far is quite related to this industry. She started asking stupid questions on JavaScript you can find the questions section. She had this uncanny behaviour in herself which was extremely demeaning and lacked conversational skills which suggests she either had updates about my previous second round. Didn't ask any relevant questions in the technology stack (Node React Database side). She was just focused preliminary on JavaScript weirdest questions possible. At last, she gave a feedback that I lacked logical skills as I could hear back from the HR. She neither cared about introducing herself nor got any warm gesture at the interview beginning to actually put in my further efforts. I also suggested the HR later to please bring in your team lead and the hiring manager for a half an hour meeting and I'll be still happy to sit for an interview with them. But they way these days some engineers with 3-4 years of experience are giving feedback to hiring managers and since they are in the system, no one cares to look back at a good candidate. It is my strong suggestion or you can take it as my humble request that please please don't send these god forsaken senior developers with no experience about real world or to assess any candidates to take interview. They are basically angry in your organisation for dissatisfaction in multiple areas in their life and they don't want your organisation to grow. Kindly, send at 6-8 years of experienced people only to take interview who you're treating well in an organisation. And lastly, no candidate can answer 100/100 in an interview!! Given myself to take the interviewer's interview, I can easily prove that. So please 70/100 -- "it is a good candidate" dear hiring managers!!!!

      The complete process is waste of time. They will ask you to submit assignments , keep rescheduling interviews and wont value your time. The person interviewing me was WFH and his kids were disturbing us. So, he was not interested in my answers. Pathetic! Not recommended !
