The recruitment process consisted of a few parts: a short phone interview, assessment tasks & 101 part. This structure allowed learning about the activity and the company's values. It was well prepared.

In my experience, the whole interview process was good and not unnecessarily long and full of interviews, as in other companies. The questions were also in accordance with the position.
