Busy restaurant, super friendly managers. They have great reviews on line and seem to have a good client base. Interview process was easy and very professional. Ashley was super welcoming and was happy to accept me on the team.

Fairly simple interview. Being a wine bar it will be super important to know your basic wine varietals (I.e the 5 Boudreaux grapes etc). They operate on classic Italian scratch cooking, so knowing and expressing the importance of that home style/ authentic recipes and the effect that can have on the overall guest experience
