Interview process began with an online trial to test multitasking and systems navigation. Followed by in depth interview with hiring managers. Prior experience in insurance and property not necessary. Third interview includes department leaders which is a more casual conversation.
Seamless and positive experience. The interview felt like I was getting to know company while also discussing my benefit to the company. The recruiter was well informed and made sure any questions I had was answered.

Entretien
So far I was contacted by a representative to set up a phone interview and contacted promptly at the time specified. The phone interview did not last too long, approximately 15 minutes and then I was scheduled to take an exam a week later. Not a very difficult test at all. Basic match, perception, cognitive ability...I was contacted the very next morning saying I did well and scheduled for a 2 member interview next week.
